You should personalize your store to provide a better experience for your customers.
After scanning one of your offers, customers will see your store's information. Below you can see an example of a 'blank' store, without any information:

To personalize your store you need to enter your store and open the menu in the top right corner.
As you can see, you need to set a store title and a contact email address. You can also add a website as well as a personal message for your store.
Additionally, you can add the PGP-key for your email address.
After filling out the information, you need to update your store by sending a transaction to the Blockchain.
Once the transaction has been accepted by the network, customers will see this screen when scanning one of your offers:
